All of our delicious cookie gifts can be shipped Australia wide, for all to enjoy! Unfortnatley we currently do not ship overseas, however if you reside overseas and wish to purchase a gift for someone special that lives within Australia, you're in luck - we accept PayPal!

Cookies are baked fresh Mon/Fri between 9am - 12 noon (excluding weekends/public holidays).

Orders placed before 12 noon are shipped next business day after an order has been received.

Orders placed after our dedicated baking times will be processed the following day and shipped next business day.

All orders are shipped express via Australia post, with the exception of larger or bulk orders that are shipped via a trusted courier.

Once your order is ready to ship, an email with tracking information will be sent, so that you may track your order.

If you have not received an email with dispatch notification, please check your spam folder as it may have found it's way there, or feel free to contact us to follow up on your order.

Parcels may take upto 2 - 4 business days excluding order processing time, to be delivered after dispatch, so ensure you allow adequate time for your cookie gifts to reach their recipients!  Due to COVID, please allow additional shipping time if your gift is travelling to VIC or the western side of Australia.

Unfortunately, our cookie gifts cannot be posted to hospitals or public events. Should an order be received with an undeliverable address, you will be contacted by text or email for an alternative residential or business address.
