Please read the following “Terms & Conditions” carefully before placing your order with Iced Creations. 

This agreement is hereby entered into between Iced Creations and you hereinafter referred to as “Customer”.
Iced Creations reserves the right to make changes to the Term’s & Conditions without notice at any time.

Allergies:

It is the “customer's”/recipient's responsibility to acknowledge that our products contain wheat, dairy, egg and possible traces of nuts as outlined on each product page and nutritional label attached to Iced Creations packaging.

Iced Creations will not be held responsible for anyone suffering from allergies as a result of consuming our products.

Postage:

Iced Creations will not be held responsible for late, lost, stolen, or damaged products or parcels once they have been posted or picked up by the "customer". "Customer's" who select postage via Australia post/courier, acknowledge likely shipping times and the risk of possible breakages and miss handling of parcels via the postal network including possible late/lost/stolen parcels that is out of Iced Creations control. Iced Creations will not be responsible for parcels that have been incorrectly addressed, due to the wrong information being provided by the "customer". It is the "customer's" responsibility to ensure the correct postal address and information has been provided at the time of your purchase. Postage to hospitals or public events is not available.

Changes to Order:

Cookie gift boxes cannot be customized and are sold as is. Changes include but is not limited to colour, addition of extra cookies to the gift box,  text or design changes. Should an item have the option of personalisation and the incorrect spelling or message has been provided, Iced Creations will happily amend the error if the order has not yet been processed. If an order has been processed and is ready to ship, no changes/corrections may be made to the personalisation, gift tag message, postal address or recipient details. The "customer" will be required to re purchase the product/s should the "customer" wish to make a correction or change the order resulting from incorrect order details supplied.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Strictly no refunds, cancellations or change of mind accepted.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances and Iced Creations is unable to complete an order due to (but not limited to) illness, injury or bereavement, Iced Creations reserves the right to cancel and issue the "customer" with a full refund. 

Should a purchased product be out of stock, the option of a full refund or an acception will be made to replace the item for a suitable product of the same value. 

Creative Variations:

Our creations are all handmade and no two designs or products, even if produced by the same artist, are identical.

Some colour, design and packaging variations may occur if a product is out of stock or no longer available.

 

Photo Usage:

Iced Creations reserves the right to use any photos or media that are shared on social media that Iced Creations is "tagged" in to be used for media related activities such as our website, Facebook, Instagram or advertising.

Copy or use of any of Iced Creations photo’s without consent for use on another media source is prohibited and will need to be approved by Iced Creations.  Please submit in writing your intention of use of the photo, and what it will be used for.
