What flavour cookies do you offer?

We currently only offer vanilla sugar cookies, iced with a vanilla fondant icing.

How long do cookies last?

Our cookies will stay fresh for upto 3 weeks kept in their packaging.

Cookies will be ok to consume for a further week after their best before date provided on the packaging.

Do you offer gluten/dairy/egg free cookies?

Unfortunately our cookies contain all of the above and cannot be made without these ingredients. 

Cookies may also contain traces of nuts.

Do you make custom cookies?

Unfortunately we no longer offer custom cookies.

Do you offer seasonal designs?

Yes! Seasonal designs such as Valentine's day, Mother's/Father's day, Christmas and Easter are available for pre order or purchase afew weeks prior to the event date. Subscribe to our mailing list, to be the first view our range before everyone else!

Can additional cookies be added or changes be made to cookie gift boxes?

Unfortunately cookie boxes cannot be customised or changed in any way including colour or text variations.

Do you post cookies overseas?

Unfortunately for many reasons, such as custom requirements, the delicate nature and longevity of our products, we are unable to post cookies overseas. Our products can be purchased via PayPal if you reside overseas and wish to purchase a cookie gift for someone who lives within Australia.

Can I pickup my order?

Yes! We are located in Collaroy, in Sydney's Northern Beaches for all Sydney sider's who wish to collect their order. 

Pickup days are designated to Wednesday's and Friday's only between 10am - 2pm. You will need to ensure your order is placed 2 business days prior to your preferred pickup day (excluding weekends/public holidays) so that your order may be processed in time for pickup.

Can I exchange items if I change my mind?

Unfortunately as orders are processed quickly, your order will most likely have been processed before notice of change of mind is received.
